As a Caraway Campus Advisor (CCA), you will work with our team to launch Caraway at your college. You tell us where students gather and how they receive healthcare information, and use your unique voice and perspective to introduce Caraway to your campus. We will equip you with the tools necessary to get Caraway into the hands of as many students as possible. This is an opportunity to connect with amazing peers from across the country and access the unique, hands-on professional development opportunities you can only get at a startup. You’ll be contributing to the launch of a company transforming the way women+ receive healthcare, and improving the healthcare experience of your peers and community. CCAs should be prepared to commit up to 6-8 hours a week.

Collaborate with Caraway and other CCAs to drive Caraway member sign-ups on campus:

  • Design and host in-person & virtual events
  • Build relationships with on-campus groups and organizations
  • Create social media and blog posts

Provide substantive feedback on Caraway:

  • Share your experience with the app and the care provided
  • Collect and share market insights gathered from your campus interactions
  • Share your successes, failures, and learnings with fellow CCAs who may be on your campus, or from across the country

Who You Are:

  • Mission-aligned: You endeavor to be part of something that impacts the health of women+ of all races, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations
  • Creative, strategic, self-starter: You plan, write, and execute with thoughtfulness, intentionality, and initiative
  • Activated in the campus community: Involved in extracurricular activities on your campus community and on social media, whether athletics, entrepreneurship, healthcare, women’s rights, or anything else
  • Open-minded and connected: You enjoy reaching out to others, and you’re comfortable sharing your time and your personal story with your peers.
