We’re looking to bring on a dynamic individual to the growing product team.   You will work closely with the head of Product, and many other individuals in the organization, to help articulate core requirements focused primarily in our mental health serviceline.  The tasks will include validating market and user needs, presenting business justifications for future features and creating clear and comprehensive requirements to collaborate with our technical team on release of a unique mental health offering that meets the needs of our growing population.  As the program is live, help validate user experience success and engagement and drive future enhancements.   You will be the internal and external product champion for this and other future service lines.  And though we might be small for now, our goals are big and your growth opportunities fast!


  • Gather product requirements and end user and business needs.    
  • Use customer feedback, competitive research, market trends, operations needs, and data analysis to inform product innovation and roadmaps
  • Create clear, concise product briefs and requirements documents, supported by research, stakeholder input, and data
  • Work within the Agile development process to partner with IT technical leads to translate the product requirements to stories/technical specifications and sprint plans
  • Champion good product design techniques and analytics to make sure we are building solutions to meet customer needs (internal and external)
  • Gather routine feedback and requirements from multiple stakeholders and end users to inform on product needs
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, clinical experts, operations team, and other PMs to build new feature sets and enhance existing ones
  • Ensure the product plans launch on time and per requirements
  • Communicate progress on initiatives to various levels of the organization
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the patient and provider facing applications
  • Be willing to take on any task and research to drive better solutions and features
  • Support the product team in articulation and execution of a product roadmap
  • Desire to learn and participate in a culture of fast paced growth

  • Previous 3-5+ years experience in a product capacity within a healthcare company, specifically experience focused on Mental Health care digital products.    
  • Proven work experience in software based product development organization 
  • Working knowledge of product lifecycle, business case planning, partnership strategies and product roadmap development
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive requirements and needs documents
  • Experience working with health care subject matter expert
  • Working knowledge of health care delivery and topics.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • BS/MS degree.  Ideally in Engineering, Product Design, Business/Economics, or Public Health

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a Digital health/Telehealth technology company
  • Experience with Building Engaging Consumer Experiences (web and mobile)
  • Technical product experience
  • Basic understanding of mobile and web development including working knowledge of APIs/ SDKs
  • Prior product design or health care consulting experience
  • Product Support and operations exposure 
  • Experience working at a scaling startup
