Our experienced Care Team delivers integrated, evidence-based care tailored to 18-29-year-olds, available 24/7 through our app. Our vision is big: we're both treating our members' needs in the moment and providing them with the skills to manage their health over their lifetime. Our care platform is also centered around women and people assigned female at birth, recognizing that focusing on overlooked populations ultimately allows us to provide better care for everyone. If you want to be part of a mission-driven, motivated, collaborative team working to change healthcare for a generation, come join us!

We’re looking for a curious, smart, tenacious, analytical, detail-oriented “go-getter” to join our amazing product team! Your job, working closely with our product, technical, and senior leadership, will be to help develop product requirements, analyze ongoing and future product needs, research product and market data, troubleshoot member and user issues, and generally provide solutions and problem-solve! And though we might be small for now, our goals are big, and your growth opportunities fast!

What you'll do

  • Work within the Agile/Scrum development framework and ensure releases meet expectations and timelines
  • Serve as product subject matter expert for our portfolio of products, helping troubleshoot problems, train individuals, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Run product analytics and management reports to share product metrics and new development justifications
  • Collaborate with our engagement and sales team to document market/consumer needs and document trends and opportunities
  • Be willing to take on any task and research to drive better solutions and features
  • Desire to learn and participate in a culture of fast-paced growth
  • Have fun!

Who you are

  • You have working knowledge of the product lifecycle and Agile/Scrum process, bonus points for knowledge of JIRA

  • Ideally, have 1-2+ years of experience working as a product manager or product analyst, working with mobile or web solutions
  • You’re a team player with a low ego and a willingness to be curious and collaborative
  • You’re mission-aligned and excited to work on something that impacts the health of Gen Z and focuses on women and AFAB people of all races, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations
  • Bonus points for experience with direct-to-consumer solutions in women’s healthcare or other services for the Gen Z market, as well as experience working in growth stage business
